Use the "word" function in content explorer

Would be helpful to be able to search for a word in content explorer without getting results where the word is part of another longer word. Eg. to search for "arr" and not get results as "harry" and "arrow".
The solution for this could be by adding "+" around the word, you would only get results where the exact mention within the "+" is presented.

" , будут искаться сайты содержащие слова "Москва";"Москву";"Москве";"Москвич";"Москвичка" и т.д , отдельно искать контент содержащий необходимый корень, при наличии десятков окончаний, - очень неудобно.
