you'll have to do that manually with -site:example.com operator. We understand that it might be very troublesome to exclude dozens of websites (or more) by using this search operator, but I'm afraid we don't have plans to create a functionality that would allow to add these sites in bulk

I believe you can exclude domains by modifying your search query with advanced search operators.
