Came here looking for this feature and it's already implemented - great!

One thing I'd say, however, is that this doesn't feel like a proper implementation. It's almost like a workaround.

Perhaps this would be useful within the 'add competitors' modal / pop-up windows where a list of 'Suggested Competitors' shows and these can be added easily.

Also, your suggestion of the Pages tab doesn't work unless you have competitors already setup. Again, it doesn't feel right - you shouldn't need to know competitors before you find competitors. That kinda defeats the object, right?

DONE! Go to "Competitors" tab and then click on "Pages" tab ;)
