Tim Soulo: So what is the point of tracking keywords at a city level if you can't assess the volume? The entire tool looks broken if you do any keyword tracking for cities because all of the denominators aren't right.

YES! Upvote x100. In the Rank Tracker view, please provide metrics at the local level when you add keywords with location rankings. It throws you off and get's you excited but it's not relevant. Unless I am unaware, you have to use other tools like Keyword Planner to understand the local volume for keywords and dig into your analytics tool GA or Adobe Analytics for organic entry into these ranking pages.
