Make the Add Keyword Feature to not count keywords I've already added on the Add limit, for easier and scalable Tag adding

I want to add a tag for thousands of keywords im already tracking, but as the tool counts them a NEW I can't tag them, since i've only got 87 keywords spare slots left. I'm already Agency Level, i can't upgrade for a workaround on this
