Filter Top Pages report by RD

The Top Pages report currently includes an RD column, but it isn't filterable by this column. Adding this feature would allow users to identify the page with the most Page Rank when linkbuilding.

Currently, there's a KD filter but no KD column. There IS an RD column, but you cannot sort by RD. I'd love to see these added :)

Ability to sort by RD just the same as you can with the other columns.

Ability to filter by RD using the From/To fields.
