In the organic keyword explorer, only the main url will be exported. If you want to export all ranking urls for a specific keyword, you need to do this for each keyword in the report.

It should be available in the export to assign 'export multiple urls', so we do not only acquire the best ranking url's but also all other url's which rank for a specific keyword.
