Multi-user management

My subscription allows up to 3 users. However I need to give them the same login credentials I use. I'm not comfortable doing that with VAs I use as it exposes my billing details and gives me no protection against them cancelling the account. Also, I need to change the password every time I switch VAs. A true multi-user system that gives read-only access is needed.

An option to invite additional members was added under Account Settings a while ago.

Andrey Kirillov: I'm on the Standard plan and can't use this. All greyed out and says "Please contact support to find out more." Cannot add seats either.
Andrey Kirillov
Samuel Lavoie: most probably you have an annual subscription. We are working on making it available in the UI. But for now please contact support if you'd like to add additional seats.
Samuel Lavoie
Andrey Kirillov: Yes I do. A bit confusing but I will, thanks!

I have no idea why any team would think "share your logins" is a competent solution for multi-user. It'd be one thing if you didn't explicitly charge for multi-user access. But you do.

Agree with all the other comments, this is incredibly important to us.

Do you have any updates on how long you are in this progress?

We really need this functionality. It is a security nightmare to share a single login with my staff and external contractors!
Especially our CC is tied to the account and they can change the password easily.

This is essential for bigger businesses, since you cannot just share all the credentials with your clients. Please prioritize this, else the additional users are not a real selling point for your higher price plans.

so annoying that they don't have this feature, if the person helping me is not longer helping me i have to change the password, they should fix this asap

This is absolutely critical for our business. We sometimes use outside contractors and the last thing we want to do is share all our client information with them. If each user could have a "free" account (even without any privileges) and then be added as users to projects that would be great. Something like Trello does. Thanks for making this a "Planned" project.

It's actually against our company's security policy to share an account so I'd say this should be a big priority on the roadmap. Really easy for employee turnover or accidental logins to get picked up and then all the data for clients to be discovered by someone who shouldn't have it.
