Entity Recognition for Brand Differentiation

I am facing challenges with Brand Radar where it confuses similar brand names, like 'The Athletic' with 'Oakland Athletics'. I would appreciate a feature that can accurately recognize and differentiate between entities, ensuring that the analysis is focused on the correct brand.

Same. In an example I've just run, it's rendering results for "inghams" (who appear to be a food-based company) rather than "inghams" the ski company.
Two possible solutions:
1) The URL for the correct Inghams has already been provided when I added "Competitors" to track to the project. At that stage. perhaps the tool could perform a quick AI analysis of what industry that company is in/ what services they provide etc. That can then be used to help ensure the entity analysis filters out less relevant results
2) Gain industry overlap insights from competitors URLs. Similarly, the above analysis can be checked against the same analysis for other competitors listed at project level. If they all say they're skiing related for example. That helps combat any potential errors or abiguity when checking one site alone

Have faced the same when entering, say a brand name like Target, where it takes target in general into account, skewing up all results.

ㅤHard agree. So many businesses have names that can be something else (like Apple, Shell, Mars, Dove etc.) - even just being case-aware would help limit this as "apple" will never be "Apple" - but being brand aware using title case + context is where the tool should be.
