I've been using Content Explorer to find linking opportunities by filtering to only my website. I thought I could then filter it to only pages not already linking to a certain other internal page by using the Highlight Unlinked function - but it appears to be only for the domain. If you could make enable this for a specific URL, this would be the ultimate easy tool for finding internal link opportunities.
