Comparison historic SERP overview

To understand or get extra context about position changes in the SERP over a certain amount of time, the SERP (historic) overview in the Keyword Explorer has proven to be very useful.
Usually I'd take the SERP from before the drop / increase in position vs now. This makes any changes of keyword intent in the SERP (like 'new' Google snippets) and SEO efforts of competition very visual. Now you would have to do this comparison manually: creating a screenshot of two certain dates and comparing them side by side. A comparison mode between two or multiple dates in the (historic) SERP overview could be a nice extra feature.

A tool that allows you to compare the SERPs side by side for specific keywords. For example 'keywords have 6 matching web pages'. This would help determine if Google is treating closely related keywords as the same searcher intent or not. This would help determine if you should create a seperate page. For example, two keywords of 'pendant lighting' and 'modern pendant lighting'.

Yes. It would be great if you could put checkmarks next to the keywords you want to compare. Then you could select "Compare SERPS". From there, you would be presented with the a report that compares the SERPS for the selected keywords and notes the URL and/or Top Keyword overlap (maybe color-coded?). In this way, you could quickly identify that 5-6 of the same pages rank across all selected keywords. This would indicate they should be targeted in the same article.
Right now this is a manual process and very tedious when planning a new silo of content.
