The "Hide already tracked keywords" filter on the Rank Tracker's "Add keywords" page solves that. In Keywords Explorer reports, "Exclude keywords in…" filters out keywords already added to a project. Hope this helps! Let us know if you need anything else.

I'm just going to clarify what I think Eric means:
When you go to add keywords there is a section titled: "Keywords you rank for"
It would be great if this list excluded any keywords that you have already added to rank tracker.
