The Keyword lists section was recently added to Dashboard which has folders to organize them. This feature is available on the Advanced and Enterprise plans.

We do keyword research using keyword explorer and do that by project (client). It would be SO much easier if keyword lists in keyword explorer were specific to the project (client)!
