For users whose job function does not involve SEO on a daily basis setting the limit to monthly versus daily would be helpful.
I ran into a scenario where I had to do research for two new clients at the same time, I started one afternoon and then tried to continue the next day (another issue is the UTC reset time, which is basically two work days for me) and hit the limit.
I doubt I've ever come close before, and most months I probably barely use 100 reports total. But this really sucked because I was unable to deliver what was promised to my clients on time.
Chat support has no way to address this, a manual reset for people who don't constantly abuse this would be a nice alternative. For a tool this expensive having some option when a customer is in a pinch would be great, or just set it to a monthly limit so that people who don't use the tool every day can actually use it when they need to.
