Option to set the position of Include/Exclude keywords in a phrase

It would be great if you could expand the filter for include/exclude keywords by allowing a user to set whether those keywords should be at the start or end of a keyword phrase
I think its already have include and exclude options.Just extra option for filter "word start with" and " word end with " will help a lot to find more specific keywords.
