Being able to download month by month SV for multiple keywords at the one time is literally the ONLY big issue with AHREFs atm. AHREFs is my favourite tool in the world but the lack of this feature is becoming an issue. Especially now that Site Explorer is showing the Search Volume from the most recent month Keyword explorer is showing a 12 month average with no way to change the date range (unless you download one keyword at a time). Not to mention doing keyword research for seasonal events is almost impossible atm.

Please Please Please make it happen :)

This feature would make Ahrefs the one-stop-'shop' and make other tools redundant!!!!

Yes please! Currently it seems that KW Planner is the only tool which allows you to export a monthly breakdown of up to 24 months of KW data. Monthly data is extremely important for seasonal keywords and trend planning!

This would be a huge upgrade to ahrefs.com, and a feature I, as a long time user, feel has been missing for too long.

Google's Keyword Planner and SEMrush both offer this feature. It's essential for answering questions around seasonality at scale across a volume of keywords. Nils' example also illustrates the problems of purely analysing based on average volume.

Note: this does not only apply to the keyword explorer. It would be even more powerful on the reports from the site explorer.

Here are examples of a keywords where the "search volume" number (and therefore the traffic estimates) give a totally wrong picture of the situation.
