Update data for unpopular keywords to get parent topics for long lists of long-tail queries

Please make it possible to update SERPs for unpopular keywords.

I have a list of 200 queries that are phrased like "how to give better feedback to employees" and I would really like to turn those into a list of 200 parent topics. To find the parent topic, I need to update SERPs for each keyword (even the "unpopular" ones).
