High Pricing but less usability
Shubham Singh
Hey Team,
Have you ever considered optimizing the pricing module for your users.
It is really upsetting that we pay $4000 pa and you have decreased the limits of data access. Now for every click/filter one credit is charged, which was not the case in legacy plan.
Please restore the previous pricing module.
It has been almost 4 years since we have been using Ahrefs, with no complaints. But now that the cost has increased with less usability access we are considering to discontinue it.
Just an honest suggestion please change your pricing module, else you'll lose a lot of customers like us.

When you are paying, you should not be limited to some numbers. It is human psychology that when we are restricted by numbers, we cannot use the tool properly even if those credits are sufficient enough. Before clicking anything, we need to think twice now. It is not good when we are researching or analyzing competitors. When doing research there are many reports we see that might be of no use if we think initially but eventually, we get something useful in those reports. This credit system is limiting our research skills. Ahrefs should either increase the price but this credit system system sucks.

The same here this credit system is not a system to use in 2023. This is really the old way. I have it for 2 days now and before that i used Ahref for years. but i am already thinking about to stop this ans use another seo tool without any internal limits.

I was proud to use ahrefs. I'm a beginner, so sometimes I had a paid plan, a while unpaid. Depending on how much work we had. But this credit ripping model sucks! I really didn't expect that. I just look around ahrefs and the credits are gone. With this system they killed the main thing why I liked ahrefs. And it is easy to use and control. now I have to think a lot before I click anything. And I would still have to make my services more expensive for clients. I won't subscribe for the next month and I'm going to look for an alternative.

I 100% agree with every word. It is insane. I literally spend 3-5 credits just to get to a page that I need.
