Increase the limits of the Portfolios

The new portfolio feature is fantastic, however the limits are too low. Please increase:

# of urls allowed across all portfolios. (currently 1000 for our entire account)
# of root domains allowed in a portfolio. (currently limited to 10)

+1 to this - it's not enough even if we want to track our LPs divided into topics, and then we want to track same URLs in different dimensions, i.e. authors or Month/Quarter batches.

Another use case is to track 3rd party URLs with listicles, so 10 domains is definitelly low to do anything.
