Retain Website and Location when adding widgets

It's inconvenient that the websites aren't retained whenever I'm trying to create a report. I tried to create a report for one of my clients (CashPal), and after adding a new widget, it goes back to the first website on the list. Aside from that, the location resets to United States.
This kind of QoL fix could do wonders to help making reports easier.

The last selected project, portfolio, and target in the widgets menu are remembered for each report. We've also just released an update for Site Explorer widgets that remembers their last-used settings and re-applies them when you create new SE widgets — so locations should now be retained too.
