Misspelling and incorrect analysis of header title

Using the tool to analyze a blog post I noticed several issues. Where my title was too long the word "lengthy" was misspelled. Also, it indicated that my first title was not an Header 1 but it is. I do have an element at the top of the page to which is required for an affiliate disclaimer. This is NOT an H1 Header. I'm wondering if it see's this and things its a part of the article. . This is my blog post if you'd like to review for yourself: https://backcountrytrax.com/best-cold-weather-sleeping-bags-for-the-outdoors/
To clarify, I was using the google chrome Ahrefs addon.

Hi Mike! Thanks for reporting the typo! We'll fix that.
As for the issue that you described, your page has <h2> subheader before the <h1>.
It's not a big issue, but according to the SEO best practice and the original semantics of the h-tags, it's best to provide a hierarchy h1 to h6.
That's why we show a warning "The first heading is not H1" - FYI
