The vast majority of our site audit errors for several years now have been incorrect. The incorrect items always share a common issue, which is a 403 error. These 403 errors appear to be specific to the IP range or the browser ID of the Ahrefs crawler.
This issue occurs on varying domains, from those hosted on HubSpot, to those hosted on CloudFlare, to those hosted on Shopify... So this isn't a "user problem" - the reports you generate are just wholly inaccurate.
Either retry gracefully a little later when you get a 403 (usually I suspect this is the CDN provider blocking Ahrefs for excessive traffic in a short period of time) or just stop counting 403 errors as errors...
In 4 years as a customer, a 403 error from Ahrefs has not once ever been accurate.
