Current Site audit can not crawl past a login, which is quite prohibitive in some cases.
We have a staging site which is hidden behind a login, but would like to be able to crawl it. having the ability to add credentials when the crawler come to a 401 error would help.

should be clear what it is. when developing a new site, the online version is usually behind a http auth. site audit should support http auth as many other similar tools do in order to scan the site without exposing it to the public.

password protected domains can not be crawled right now. please add 2 fields for htpasswd data for logging in

Absolutely agree..Site audit is great for finding errors before a relaunch, so it's helpful to be able to run audits for your own password-protected sites (similar to ryte.com)

What kind of login? CMS? Apache?

Asad Zulfahri: doesnt matter, what ever the firewall is. Staging site so CMS or behind a members section etc.
