CSV-export still unusable (at least in Germany)

Hi.
Could you please think it over to give us more export-options?
I always select "CSV (UTF-16, best for Excel)", but it is not. I always have to manually edit all exported CSV files to include a semicolon as a separator instead of tab, as well as replace dots with commas (for comma-values interpretable by German Excel versions) and then additionally I have to convert the whole thing to ANSII, otherwise Excel only will display rubbish.
I guess that this may only apply to German setups of Windows (afaik), but I really do think that you have plenty of German users, right?
Yes, I've also tried "CSV (UTF-8, best for OpenOffice, LibreOffice, etc.)", but this didn't work either.
I'd be really glad if you could just add "real" XLSX exports instead of CSV, this shoul solve most problems, I think. Otherwise, please add at least an option to semicolon-separated CSVs, which would only require me to change the encoding, I think. This would save a lot of manual work.
Thanks,
Olli
