Currently Site Audit doesn't flatten the shadow DOM objects that sometimes exist in the rendered HTML. Google already support this and modern browsers like Google Chrome along with other SEO crawlers like Screaming Frog.

For some sites it looks like there are orphaned pages just because Site Audit can't discover all links. But if you check manually, it is often false positives.

I vote for having this implemented as soon as possible!
