When the ‘crawler’ goes and tries to get images, '' ‘accept’ headers are being set for images.

This results in a false report when it is that case - and we couldnt replicate it as no browser would just ask for '' they would always put something about images in it.

So the crawler is not accurately reflecting browser/user agent behaviour in this case.
