I love the internal link opportunities report - I think it's such a time saver.

What I think would be a great way to extend this out is by having a KW suggestions feature that would find KWs that no page is ranking for right now, but have some search volume, AND would create internal link opportunities.

In effect, this would allow you to generate a list of content topics that would MOST enhance your site's current content profile with supplementary content that, in and of itself, has search volume attached to as well.
