Site Audit Notifications Only on health score change

My team gets a daily report for the Site Audit results but this is way too much noise and is largely ignored.
We could fix this by only sending the report if there is a change to the health score, or if it meets some threshold (aka < 100).
What's the point of getting a daily noisy email saying your health is 100?

I would suggest instead of health score change, send notifications only if the issues themselves changed (new issues arose, or were solved).

bumping this again. We love the site audit as it helps us keep the site's health in order (aka no broken links), but because we get the report every day, nobody notices when it changes from 100 to 99 because the email is ignored.
