Your UI is an absolute shitshow. Finding basic things couldn't be any more of a exercise in frustration. There's no way to search for anything so you're stuck randomly clicking around until you find what you're looking for - which can take a LONG time. Just what I want to spend my time on as a business owner.

Why wouldn't you have project settings in a obvious place rather than hidden behind a tiny 3 dot menu? There's plenty of unused space for a button and a label, but let's put it behind 3 gray dots on a white page. Brillaint. That's the kind of decision only an engineer could make.

I realize you guys have a lot of stuff but creating a stronger hierachy would be an improvement for people who haven't used your software everyday for the last 10 years. I'd rather spend my time getting better at SEO than trying to figure out what you're designers think looks cool.
