Location: Ukraine, domain: talla.ua, keyword: "Дилдо" / SE: Lost / RT : top 2
Almost constantly ahrefs Site explorer changes the status of the keyword - lost - that is, the position is over 100 - and at the next update back to the top 3.
At the same time, the Rank Tracker report shows the correct position without such fluctuations...

SERP by keyword “porn”: https://app.ahrefs.com/keywords-explorer/google/ua/overview?keyword=%D0%BF%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%BD%D0%BE
The entire top 10 sites systematically disappear from the top 10, flying beyond the top 100 and appearing back in the top 10 also systematically!
Is everything correct in Site Explorer reports?

Support response:
The developers claim that this is due to the SafeSearch filter. Positions marked as “Lost” don't actually indicate a loss of ranking or an error in the data. This is because Google sometimes includes a SafeSearch filter that can hide individual results from the search results — especially if content falls under the “sensitive” category.
We record real SERP results as they appear to users under different conditions, including whether SafeSearch is enabled. Therefore, the reports reflect these changes, even if the page did not actually disappear.
The difference between Site Explorer and Rank Tracker reports is due to objective reasons, including the impact of SafeSearch and the peculiarities of the data collection methodology.
We would like to emphasize that we do not crawl items, but buy them ready-made. We do not plan to change the process for providing data for these reports.
