When searching for specific paths (Prefix) in Site Explorer, it would be useful to be able to search for URLs with wildcards.
For example:

We now have the regex functionality that addresses this issue:

Wildcards in URL of site explorer

A lot of websites have folder based locale structures and therefore it's right now not possible to get a overview of all locales for specific urls/folders.
It would be a great feature to be able to type in www.url.tld/*/folder1/folder2/ and get prefix results for all locales instead of just for www.url.tld/en-US/folder1/folder2/ for example.
Its possible to use this such filters in backlink reports but we are missing out on the very helpful overview charts.

Yes! This would also solve for the exclusion of .html root director pages being excluded from the prefix group. For instance, if you do a prefix search for www.domain.com/subsection, the results include only pages in the directory www.domain.com/subsection/ but would exclude www.domain.com/subsection.html which is usually the most important page in that section.

Now that's something I'd love!
