Improve "Search in Results" filter

In Site Explorer -> Top Pages report page, the "search in results" refinement filter seems to search specifically for the given string. If you type in "aller" into it, it will spit out only keywords/URLs that include that very string in it, while omitting words that include that string (such as "allergy", "allergies", etc).

you can do it with the help of a star "*"..
try typing aller* and see the results ;)

I would like to see a a box added so that when you search for keyword via the site explorer, you can say: The word has to be exact match as a keyword. "linkbuilding" for example. Or you can search this word as a partial match. So when you search for "link" the word linkbuilding also shows up.

I was just about to post the same request. The filter should totally be able to return partial matches.
