In the organic keywords list, these keywords need to be up to date.

For example, I'm checking through a competitor's keyword rankings before deciding what to put in my rank tracker, but some of the keywords are weeks or even months out of date, which throws it off.

In summary, we need to be able to update the keywords in the organic keywords list to today.
