Make it possible to renew API keys before they expire.

Having an API key expire without means to renewing (extending) its validity is very annoying: you have to mint new key and redeploy the new key instead of the old one. Depending on circumstance, this work can range from annoying to quite bad, if a deployment process is complicated, slow, or if you have to create and redeploy multiple API keys for different uses.
