When using backlink endpoint API, Ahrefs returns a thousand of backlinks. Is it possible I just want to get 300 backlinks first and then go to 2nd, 3rd, etc page to get other 300 backlinks.

This is possible in the API v3 backlinks endpoint. It has the "limit" and "offset" parameters for this purpose.
