It would be very helpful to be able to drop a list of keywords into the rank tracker to view them and edit/delete them at once

I really need to be able to delete at scale, i've got thousands of duplicated keywords on Uppercase and Lowercase because of uploading mistake and they count as different keywords, even when having the same metrics. upvote+1

We DO allow to import lists of keywords. You can do that by copy-pasting your list of keywords (while having them separated by commas or new lines)
..or by uploading your list via CSV or TXT format:

Tim Soulo: Yes. I am talking about editing or deleting keywords once the are in the tracker.

Tim Soulo: Deleting keywords is, indeed, a very slow procedure if you need to Delete >500 keywords. I usually delete the whole project to save some time, as you only can delete 100 at once which is also a little laggy.
Update:
The process is almost impossible if you have filtered some keywords with a Tag. I tried to delete all keywords of a specific Tag and the Page was breaking even if I chose to delete only 50 keywords.
