Please add an option in Rank Tracker to report a keyword's true organic position, meaning its rank among traditional organic (blue link) results only, ignoring SERP features such as AI Overviews, People Also Ask, Shopping results, and featured snippets. Currently these features count as positions. A page that's #1 in the organic results can be reported as position 3 or lower once an AI Overview and PAA box sit above it. For agencies this is a real problem: we want to tell a client "you rank #1 organically," but the Ahrefs figure doesn't reflect that, so we have to manually check each SERP to get accurate numbers. The existing SERP features filter doesn't solve this. "Don't include" excludes keywords whose SERPs contain those features rather than reporting the organic-only position for them, and with AI Overviews and PAA on most SERPs now, that removes most of the keyword set. "Main positions only" still counts the features above you in the position number. A simple toggle ("count organic results only" vs "count all SERP features"), or a separate "organic position" column alongside the current one, would solve this. Ideally it would apply across the Rank Tracker overview, Share of Voice, and report exports. Related but narrower existing requests: "AI Overview rankings vs actual SERP visibility" and "AI Overviews Tracking". This request covers all SERP features, not just AI Overviews.

With rapidly changing SERPs the “classical” blue link rank is getting way more valid than the mixed one. Read: the only thing a publisher can affect with SEO tasks. Example: a keyword ranks on position 4 mixed rank is actually ranking on pos. 1. The reason for nr. 4 is "just": 1. shopping, 2. knowledge panel, 3. people also ask... Google's search features a publisher can´t change!

Add option to display AI Overviews for every keyword I'm tracking (if available) and whether I rank for that Overview. For example: I'm tracking 1000 words (in Rank Tracker), out of those there are 127 AI Overviews, and I rank for 44 of them. Something like 44/127. It can be added to "SERP Features", where there already is an AI Overview tracking, the information in it just isn't detailed enough.

Hello, We're currently tracking a set of keywords in Rank Tracker to closely monitor their performance (positions, share of voice, etc.), and I’ve noticed a limitation regarding how rankings are reported when AI Overviews appear in the SERP. For example, a keyword may show Position = 1 in Ahrefs, but in the actual Google SERP the page might appear within the AI Overview sources, or below the AI Overview as the first organic result. In both cases the reported ranking may still appear as “1”, although the actual visibility is quite different. For instance: -a page could be **the 1st cited source in the AI Overview -or mentioned 5th in the AI Overview text without being listed as a cited source -or the 8th cited source in the AI Overview -or the page could be the #1 traditional organic result but located below the AI Overview These situations have very different visibility for users, but they may currently appear as the same ranking position. It would be very helpful if Ahrefs could differentiate between: -traditional organic ranking -presence within AI Overviews -position among AI Overview cited sources -potentially whether a page is cited vs only mentioned in the AI Overview This would make rank tracking and Share of Voice analysis much more accurate as AI Overviews become more common. Is Ahrefs currently working on features related to tracking AI Overview presence or positions within them? Thanks in advance!

Google displays businesses by geographic location in its "3 Pack". It would be extremely helpful to local businesses to track these important results.

I would like the ability to choose the specific day of the week for my project's Rank Tracker updates. Currently, the updates occur on Thursdays, but having the option to set them on Mondays would greatly assist in my weekly planning. This flexibility would allow me to align the updates with my schedule and make more informed decisions at the start of the week.

I need the ability to change the target location in my Rank Tracker projects without having to delete and re-add all the keywords. This would save time and preserve historical ranking data, making the process more efficient and user-friendly.

Currently, the position column is based on the target URL and not the highest ranking URL. Only when you interact with the target URL column can you see the URL that is ranking the highest. It would be easier to understand a website's actual positioning if this was switched: the position is based on the highest ranking URL and the target URL column can be interacted with to see where the target URL stands. It gets confusing when the position says 30 for the target URL, but a different URL is ranking at 4.

I find it time-consuming to delete tags one by one in Rank Tracker. It would be much more efficient if there was an option to delete multiple tags at once. This feature would save time and streamline the process of managing tags.
