Include internal links and internal redirects into UR Rank

As I asked you support, you do not include internal links or redirects in your UR rating and with regard to the redirect, you don't show the backlinks of the old URL, with the new URL.
This can be seen with the following two URLs.
https://vimeo.com/user8633509 has a redirect to https://vimeo.com/gebirgswiesel
But the old URL has more backlinks and more UR. However Google takes internal linking and redirects into account. And you should do that too!

we do include internal links and redirects for calculating UR.. the reason you see different UR for those two pages is because it takes us time to crawl and re-crawl the entire web and identify what links where.. follow all redirects and identify all UR metrics.. Please give us time and eventually we'll re-calculate UR of a new page, where the old one is redirecting ;)

As I understand - I asked both Tim and their support team - they actually do include internal links in the UR. Tim mentioned it on a podcast on Authority Hacker. They said they would update but they haven't yet. Some clarification would be good! See - https://www.facebook.com/groups/ahrefsinsider/permalink/1686038968159306/

To count internal linking is so basic, I was a bit shocked when I found out that you don't. It's no secret, that Google highly evaluates internal links since the early beginnings.
It is the very first advice in the webmaster guidelines from Google: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/35769?hl=en
"Ensure that all pages on the site can be reached by a link from another findable page. The referring link should include either text or, for images, an alt attribute, that is relevant to the target page."
So no excuses!
I know this is a big change. But you could just apply the same model and count internal links just like the external ones. If that works...

True, pls do that!
