I'm looking for advice on removing unwanted backlinks from a single IP address.

Our website, https://www.homefleet.in/, is receiving a large number of backlinks from a single IP address that doesn't appear to have an associated domain name. These backlinks are showing up in Ahrefs, and we'd like to remove or stop them from being reported.

We've already submitted the source through Google's Disavow Tool, but the backlinks are still appearing in Ahrefs.

Has anyone dealt with a similar issue? Is there a way to remove or ignore backlinks originating from a bare IP address, or is this simply something that Ahrefs will continue to report until its crawler updates?
